Albatross78 is an independent specialist in strategy and ownership change.
Albatross78 was found in 1978 and has offices in Falkenberg, Stockholm, Eksjö and Helsingborg. We are consultants for corporate development and transactions. All partners have substantial experience and track record from management positions in Swedish companies in both Sweden and Europe.
Albatross78 assist owners, directors and business managers to make the right decisions at strategic crossroads and to implement these decisions. The nature of the assignment is adapted to each unique situation.
The most common form of ownership change is a sale of the company. Albatross78 work as both advisor and project manager for many family-owned companies.
In Sweden Albatross78 work close to Arctos Mergers & Acquisitions. (www.arctos.se). Together we are a combined force in Swedish M&A with an international perspective. We cover the whole small- and mid-sized market in Sweden, with the capacity and track record to manage large-size transactions.
The two firms combine industrial and financial backgrounds and have access to a large network of contacts in various industries and in the financial markets throughout Sweden:

Our clients are primarily found in Sweden, but we also work with international clients buying or divesting Nordic businesses.

We focus on privately- or family-owned companies, divisions or subsidiaries of larger groups and portfolio companies of private equity funds.
We are not focused on any specific industries.
